Harmonium Choral Society presents a musicianship workshop: Singing Words, an Afternoon with Mark Miller for music students, singers, composers, and teachers alike on Wednesday, April 17th from 4:30-6pm. Learn how a composer interacts with the words of a poem. There will be lots of singing, insights from Mark, and time for questions. Preregistration is required.

The event will be held at the Bethel Church, 59 Spring St, Morristown, NJ. There is ample off-street parking on Bishop Nazery Way (across from the church).

Co-sponsored by New Jersey ACDA, the workshop offers 1.5 hours of professional development credits for New Jersey teachers. Pre-registration is required, especially if you will need a certificate for the credits.

The suggested donation for the workshop is $20 and $5 for students.

Bethel Church in Morristown has ample parking, and the ADA entrance is at the side door where there is a ramp is marked handicap for accessible entry. Once inside, there is an elevator to take you up to the upper level where the workshop is located.
